Q&A’s for The Drone Accelerator Site

1. How can I change my password?

Click on the settings wheel, located next to your profile icon in the top right-hand side of the screen. From there, choose “Account Settings” and click the orange “Change Password” prompt. You will need to enter your old password as well as the new password you would like to use.

2. I forgot my password, what should I do?

When you go to log in and realise you have forgotten your password, select the orange “Forgot your password?” prompt. You will be required to enter your email address and a new temporary passcode will be sent directly to your email. Log in once more, using this temporary passcode as the password entry. Then follow the directions to change your password back to something memorable.

3. I am not getting opportunity emails, how do I change my preferences?

To change the number of emails you receive regarding The Drone Accelerator opportunities, click on the “Tenders & Opportunities” tab and navigate down the left-hand side. Here, you will see an option bar with three notification preferences: No Alerts, Daily Digest, Each Alert. Select whichever option you would prefer; however, we suggest each alert! Never miss an opportunity!

4. How can I post opportunities?

If you are a professional member, you have access to post new opportunities and respond to all existing opportunities. To post a new opportunity, click on the “Opportunities” tab. In the upper right-hand corner, there is an orange “Create an Opportunity” button. You will then be prompted through a form that contains all necessary details to publish your tender or opportunity.

If you are a free subscriber, you will have to upgrade your membership to be able to post and respond to all opportunities.

6. I want to post my group’s event on The Drone Accelerator, how can I do that?

7. I want to create a page for my Business on The Drone Accelerator, what are the steps?

You have the opportunity to add your Business to our Business Directory. To do so, click on the “Business Directory” tab on the landing page option bar. Here, you will see an orange “Create New Business” button. Select this and then follow the prompts to enter all of the necessary details to finish the business page.

8. How can I invite my friends/coworkers/partners to join The Drone Accelerator?

The Drone Accelerator loves new members! To invite new users, navigate to the bottom of the landing page. In the text bar, select the “Invite” tab. You will be prompted to enter the email addresses of those to which you are sending an invitation, including a personal message if you desire.
